It seems like some churches are so hung up on possessing certain markers of the “Restoration Movement” that it can be hard to fellowship with others or have much “movement.” Others seem so eager to distance themselves from the churches that birthed or bred them that they float in radical independence without claiming any wider family. Where’s the balance? Hear how one church embraces its identity and teaches life-giving principles that stem from the Restoration Movement. If you’re interested in honest dialogue about how to draw strength from what is good while laying aside what may not be helpful in our tradition, led by a passionate leader who loves this Movement, continues to draw strength from it, and serves as a leader in it, this workshop is for you.
Daryl is the lead minister with DC Regional Christian Church near Washington, D.C.
