“No Great Thing is Created Suddenly.” - Epictetus
The dropout rate in ministry is a breath-taking: 85% of seminary and Bible college grads will leave the ministry within the first 5 years. 1500 pastors leave the ministry each month. While there aren’t any statistics, the bail-out rate among volunteers in the church is just as discouraging. Is it any wonder the apostle Paul encouraged the Galatians to “not become weary in doing good,” (Galatians 6:9)? This workshop is designed to help us develop resilience personally, as well as in our churches.
